Rising stars revealed in Aiir Radio Academy 30 Under 30

The Radio Academy, the charity dedicated to promoting excellence in UK audio and radio, has announced the Aiir Radio Academy 30 Under 30 for 2025. The list celebrates the rising stars of the audio industry.

Each year the Academy recognises 30 people under the age of 30 who demonstrate exceptional  skill, innovation and impact in radio and audio.  These are the future leaders whose passion and understanding will drive the sector forwards.

The 30 Under 30 list for 2025 features content creators, presenters, producers, journalists and sound engineers, ranging from independent freelancers to those working at major broadcast and podcast platforms. It highlights the extraordinary breadth and diversity of talent in the UK audio and radio industry today.

Previous 30 Under 30 alumni include ITV’s Ben Shephard, BBC presenter Emma Barnett, Goalhanger’s Head of Development Nicole Logan, BBC Radio 3 and Proms Controller Sam Jackson and BBC Asian Network Head Ahmed Hussain.

This year’s list is just as sparkling. After a highly competitive judging process, we’re delighted to share the 30 Under 30 for 2025, which is generously supported by our sponsor Aiir.
