Come and join us at our London Summer Social at The Lantern, catch up with friends, colleagues and meet new associates.
Across radio, podcasting or music, whether you are independent, at the BBC, commercial, hospital, student, community, online, and whichever area of audio you work in, from engineering to presenting and everything in between. If you love and work in audio, come and mingle with us.
We'll hear from a panel of our most recent alumni from the Aiir Audio Academy 30 Under 30, which is now open for nominations. Dan Noble, Nicky Anderson, Anouska Lewis and Sasha Bobak will share their career highlights and talk about how making the prestigious list has elevated their career. Come prepared to be inspired and pick up tips on how to nominate yourself or someone you know.

We'll also celebrate our Audio Academy Mentoring graduation, which takes places earlier in the day. And come along to meet Audio Academy Chair Nick Pitts, MD Aradhna Tayal Leach, and some of our trustees, partners and team who will be there on the night.
This event is free for Audio Academy Members, and non-members can sign up for £4. Drinks and light nibbles will be served on the night. You are welcome to bring along a sandwich if you're coming straight from work.
Where? The Lantern, 75 Hampstead Rd, London NW1 2PL
When? Thursday 16th July 7-9pm
We're delighted to once again be hosted by Bauer Media at The Lantern. This is a live broadcasting centre. Please respect your Bauer colleagues by keeping to our (rather lovely) social space, and leave the heroes in studio to do their job. We’re not able to offer studio tours at this event. Security will be strict and you must register to attend, listing your full name for the guestlist. On the day, all registered attendees must bring photo ID, which will be checked against the guestlist before allowing access.
Find out more about becoming a member of the Audio Academy and other upcoming events at audioacademy.org.uk. The Audio Academy is a charity which exists to support people working in audio and radio. Membership fees, donations and tickets fees all help us to support our audio community and put on events like these.
